At 1206 82 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident van vs pole with subject trapped in the van by the downed power lines. Engine 82-2 first on scene with 82-23 (stadler) as command reporting power lines down and subject still in the vehicle with no injuries. Fire Police closed Rt 24 while Delaware Electric removed the lines from the van. Incident was placed under control at 1231. Fire police remainded on scene while DEC and the wrecker finished working.
