President Emeritus E. James Monihan held many offices with the Lewes FD including President, VP, and Asst. Chief. Jim also was a Past President of the Delaware Volunteer Firemen's Association and Past President of the National Volunteer Fire Council. Jim was known WORLD WIDE as a leader in the volunteer fire service.
