On Saturday June 14th Junior Captain Liam Stabner, Junior Lieutenant Sean Lally, Cadet  Seargent Jacob Mayfield, Junior FF Camden Chormen, and Cadet FF Donovan Lynch competed in the Sussex county Junior Firefighters Competition.  The competition consisted of 5 events, Search and Rescue, Ropes and knots, Ladders, Hydrant/Hose line deployment and Gear/Dummy drag relay.  The LFD team won 4 out of 5 events.  This was due to many hours of detication and training by the Lewes Team.  A big thank you to FF John Pignataro, and FF Terrance Bayko who assisted with preparing and training the Lewes Team.
