3 Vehicle MVC - Kings Highway & Dartmouth Drive

On Friday August 17, 2012, at approximately 1203 hours, the Lewes Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Dartmouth Drive and Coastal Highway. Fire Chief Wally Evans responded to the scene and located the MVC at the intersection of Kings Highway and Dartmouth Drive. It was determined that three vehicles were involved; however, after checking with all occupants no one reported any injuries. Crews performed debris and fluid clean up, along with traffic control around the scene. OIC Chief Evans placed fire apparatus available at 1221 hours. Fire Police remained on scene assisting the State Police with traffic control until approximately 1303 hours.
