T-Bone accident sends two to local hospital. - Plantations Road & Postal Lane

On Saturday August 4, 2012, at approximately 1057 hours, while some members were already on the scene of a dispatched cardiac arrest, the Lewes Fire Department was then dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Plantations Road and Postal Lane. Upon the arrival of Deputy 82 in 82-10, it was determined that two vehicles were involved in a T-bone accident. Two patients were transported BLS to Beebe Medical Center. Crew members performed debris clean up and traffic control. All fire apparatus were returned at approximately 1114 hours. Fire Police remained on scene assisting DSP until approximately 1137 hours.
