Lewes members were alerted to a vehicle accident with the vehicle reported in the water.  Units arrived and found a vehicle in the water near the boat docks.  The driver of the vehicle had been removed to the vehicle roof with the assistance of a bystander.  The driver was transported ALS to Beebe Hospital.  A crane was brought in to remove the vehicle, and the USCG and DNREC controlled the fluid spills.
