Lewes was with Medics and Trooper 2 to a vehicle accident with entrapment in front of Jiffy lube on Coastal Hwy. Command with 82-18 Evans arrived on scene and confirmed one entrapment. Rescue 82 stabilized the vehicle and began extrication while the ambulance crew cared for the patient. Engine 82-5 arrived and pulled a handline and began to assist with extrication when a second vehicle accident was dispatched south of the scene. Command sent 82-5 to that scene, see next photo story. The crew from Rescue 82 removed the roof and drivers door and removed the patient for ALS transport to BMC. A group of visitors from Russia got out of bed to watch the extrication and now have a souvenir photo.
