On Friday February 27, 2015, at 1210 hours, the Lewes Fire Department along with Sussex County Paramedics and Delaware State Police Trooper 2 were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Collision involing a rollover in the intersection of Cave Neck Road and Sweetbriar Road. Upon arrival, it was determined that there was only one patient and that Trooper 2 could go available. Crews performed fluid and debris clean up and Fire Police provided traffic control. The one patient was transported to Beebe Medical Center. All fire apparatus returned at 1237 hours. Fire Police remained on sene assisting the Delaware State Police until 1300 hours.

Units on scene: Command 82, Engine 82-2 and Engine 82-9, Ambulances  B & D 82, TC 82, SCEMS 104, DT2, DSFP, and DSP Engine 82-3 was returned prior to arrival. Capt. Petrella was Command.
