Lewes was dispatched for a vehicle fire around 1900hrs. Upon Command 82 {Captain Pignataro} responding, he was advised that the vehicle was a tractor trailer and believed to be involved. Crews arrived to find tractor involved w/ flame impingment onto the trailer. While on scene, a rear-end MVC occurred and {1} patient was transported to BMC with non-life threatening injuries.
